Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
  • Taste and adjust any seasonings as desired. I like a good balance of tangy, sweet, savory, and spicy.
  • For best results, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. This allows the flavors to really mingle and become more pronounced.
  • When ready to serve, give the sauce a good stir or shake if it separated a bit. Pour into your favorite dipping containers - I like to divide it between squeeze bottles, dipping bowls, and Mason jars.

Notes

  • Fry Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
