Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 small scallions white and green parts only, cut into thin strips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cabbage, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper and scallions. Mix well and set aside.
  • Spread each chicken breast in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
