Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  • Add pork chops and cook for 3 minutes per side or until browned. Pour white wine and chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, thyme, honey and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Add this mixture to the skillet when it is simmering. Cook for 1 minute or until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Place pork chops in a single layer on an ovenproof dish.
  • Bake in preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
