Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

white wine
1/2

chicken broth
1/4

red wine vinegar

tablespoon
chopped fresh thyme

tablespoons
honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
Add pork chops and cook for 3 minutes per side or until browned. Pour white wine and chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, thyme, honey and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add this mixture to the skillet when it is simmering. Cook for 1 minute or until heated through.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Place pork chops in a single layer on an ovenproof dish.
Bake in preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
