- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and barbecue sauce until well combined.
Add the lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and whisk until everything is evenly mixed.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed. If it's too thick, you can add a splash of water to thin it out.
Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
When you're ready to serve the sauce, give it a quick stir and transfer it to a small bowl or ramekin.
