Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Garlic Parmesan Sauce starts with mincing garlic. Use a garlic press or sharp knife. Garlic should be coarsely diced to combine with other components.
  • Melt the butter next. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until aromatic. Take careful not to burn the garlic, as it might become bitter if it is overcooked.
  • Add the heavy cream. Mix the cream and garlic together and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • After the cream has simmered for a minute or two, add the grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan. Melt the cheese in the cream until smooth.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to the saucepan. Blend the seasonings into the sauce.
  • Serve your Garlic Parmesan Sauce! It might be a pasta sauce, vegetable dip, or chicken or fish marinade. The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
