- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
Whisk the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. You can add more honey or soy sauce if you want it sweeter or saltier.
Use the sauce immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
