- 6 oz cooked fettuccine pasta
- 3 oz grated Romano cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 lb peeled deveined shrimp
- 1 cup diced green onions
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 tsp lemon juice
Cream sauce first. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 30 seconds with 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add 1/3 cup heavy cream and mix. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to thicken.
Remove the sauce from the heat and mix in 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, and 2 tsp garlic salt. Coat the cooked fettuccine in sauce.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a cast iron pan over medium heat for lemon butter shrimp. Avoid browning butter.
Cook 30 seconds with 1/3 tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds more with 1 cup of diced green onions.
Cook the shrimp and mushrooms for 5 minutes until pink and done.
