Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 3 oz grated Romano cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb peeled deveined shrimp
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cream sauce first. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 30 seconds with 1 tbsp minced garlic.
  • Add 1/3 cup heavy cream and mix. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to thicken.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat and mix in 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, and 2 tsp garlic salt. Coat the cooked fettuccine in sauce.
  • Melt 1/4 cup butter in a cast iron pan over medium heat for lemon butter shrimp. Avoid browning butter.
  • Cook 30 seconds with 1/3 tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp minced garlic. Cook 30 seconds more with 1 cup of diced green onions.
  • Cook the shrimp and mushrooms for 5 minutes until pink and done.
  • Lemon butter shrimp and grated Romano cheese on pasta weesie.
