Ingredients
  

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

For the glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Pour half of the cake batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over the cake batter.
  • Pour the remaining cake batter over the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  • Use a butter knife to swirl the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture throughout the cake batter.
  • Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Once the cake is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove the cake from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • While the cake is cooling, make the glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Once the cake has cooled completely, drizzle the glaze over the top of the cake.
